Carador/Washington Square
This investment company managed by Washington Square Investment Management achieved a number of firsts for this area in 2006. Led by Miguel Ramos, managing partner at Washington Square and investment manager for Carador, the firm launched the first diversified CDO equity fund listed on a major exchange, the London Stock Exchange, and was the first source of publicly available information on CDO equity performance. It also helped introduce new types of investors to CDO equity and expand the CDO universe.
